FYI is an e-mail and web-based service that can help you stay informed
about upcoming events here at College Park. You can subscribe to receive
a daily e-mail listing the day's scheduled events, or you can see
the calendar on the web. The current FYI, plus information about this service,
is available at: http://www.umd.edu/fyi. Information
is available on the same site with regard to posting events
to the campus calendar.
Another site,
http://www.listserv.umd.edu/archives/fyi.html offers a web-based
method to search and read FYI on the web, send FYI posts (login
required) and/or change your FYI subscription status. To change your subscription status, simply
access the site, then:
- select Join or Leave the list (or change
settings)
- type in the e-mail address (and your name) for which you want
to customize your settings
- change your settings as appropriate. To find out more about the
settings, select the Help link in the margin column to
the left
- select Join FYI
