On Monday, May 19, 2008, the OIT Help Desk Web site will unveil a new look
for its homepage. The main page will be reorganized with frequently
needed information and alerts for the general university community. Two
new pages will provide links tailored for students and for faculty/staff.
Although the hundreds of content pages and internal navigation will remain
the same for now, these new top level pages are a first step toward
improved access to the OIT Help Desk's information resources.
